Team Leader should find out about what category his/her recruiters are passionate about. Team Leader's work is pretty much the same as work of Head Hunter only with Recruiters. Team Leader should form a team of at least 24 Recruiters in first month.

Team Leader's important part of job is to make sure he/she is dealing with active and aggressive Recruiters. He/she shouldn't neglect other recruiters or average Affiliates, but Active Recruiters deserve the most focus and dedication from Team Leader.

Active Recruiter guided correctly will Recruit on daily basis and Team Leader has to monitor his/her Team, encourage and guide them. If one of Recruiter has predispositions of becoming a Team Leader and later Head Hunter than Team Leader must bring out the best in this Recruiter and help him in any possible way.

Team Leader must be aware that Recruiters can bring him wealth or pocket change. Team Leader is responsible what he/she will be getting.

Only 3 Recruiters can generate couple of hundred thousands of Revenue per month or 30 recruiters can generate couple of hundreds per month. In first case Team Leader will be cashing couple of thousand dollars each month in second case Team Leader won't be able to buy a bus ticket. It's all in performance.

Average Team Leader can easy form a Team of Recruiters who will perform well. Recruiter must be trained and advised well, so he/she can be motivated and performing as he/she should.

Talk to other Team Leaders in forums and discus the strategies, it helps a lot and it's sometimes 40% of success.
