Every regular Member - Affiliate is potential Recruiter. All what separates him/her from average Member - Affiliate is passion to have more and passion to do more to get it.

Affiliate is usually just posting referral links and promotes them. He/she hopes some money - spare cash will come in. Affiliate becomes Recruiter when he/she takes active role in business. Recruiter is joining different communities, online groups and forums and talk to people. He is acting professional and doesn't spam with emails or place postings where he/she shouldn't. He doesn't push people he excites them with correct presentation what they can do for themselves.

Recruiter recruits new Affiliates as he/she recruits new stores and businesses every day. Each store and/or business even if it is so tinny little, can be a potential gold mine. So Recruiter shouldn't disregard any business he/she come across.

Every Member who starts his/her way up should make a plan and stick with the plan. Plan should contain:

Time frame one, two, three months or more of active Recruiting

The amount of new Members to be recruited each day

The Amount of stores to be recruited each day

Source of what kind of Members and/or Stores Recruiter wants to attract

Prepare Explanation for Members and for Stores what are their Benefits to join DeQuba

Various specifics which will be present for different areas and categories and will have to be handled as such

Decision what to become recruiter, Team Leader or Head Hunter

Talk to other Recruiters in forums and discus the strategies, it helps a lot and it's sometimes 40% of success.
