Head Hunters goal is to form a team of at least 24 serious aggressive Team Leaders. Of course each Member starts out as regular recruiter and with his/her work qualifies into Team Leader and later into Head Hunter.

First rule is, if you have doubts in work, yourself or your abilities, you should think through if it is smart for you to start something you don't want. For this position you have to be totally sure if you want to lead and guide team of Team Leaders or not. Position requires serious and hard work. It's time consuming and time limited with dead lines. Time limited with dead lines is meant you as Head Hunter must meet dead lines, how many Team Leaders you recruit in first month. Time consuming is because you are leading Team Leaders who require your daily attention and lots of it.

Head Hunters work is all in communications and potential Head Hunter must be a little bit of Sales Person a little bit of Marketing and Advertising Agent, etc. Head Hunters must be flexible and able to adapt to almost every situation. DeQuba will deal directly with Head Hunters, who will deal with their Team Leaders and Team Leaders with their Recruiters.

Head Hunter has to do some recruiting him/herself so he/she has the experience and knows what he/she is talking about to Team Leaders. Member who decides to qualify as a Head Hunter he/she will first find potential Team Leaders and/or potential Head Hunters and make them sign through his/her referral link. They must be signed through referral link for tracking purposes.

Once the potential Team Leader or even Head Hunter is signed and Member can see him/her in down line it will be easy to track how much he/she and his/her down lines make per day.

What ever Member Store Owner will setup other Member - Affiliate will get this way:

Let say someone is buying very expensive book and price of the book is let say 100.00 BC

Percentage is 10

So Affiliate will get 40% of 10% - which is 4.00 BC - DeQuba gets 10% of 10% 1.00 BC

His referrals up to 10th level will get each 4% from 10% which is 0.40 BC
DeQuba gets 10% of 10% from all 10 levels 1.00 BC or if you want 0.10 BC from each.

Flat Fee let say 2.45 is same way

So Affiliate will get 40% - 0.98 BC of Flat Fee which is 2.45 BC - DeQuba gets 10% of 10% 0.245 BC

His referrals up to 10th level will get each 4% from flat fee which is 0.098 BC
DeQuba gets 10% of flat fee from all 10 levels 0.245 BC or if you want 0.0245 BC from each.

These earnings will be stored and will be possible to transfer to BC account on the beginning of a month after a closing month.

That means all BC's in Affiliate account earned in March or before can be transfer to BC account on April 1st and/or after that date.


Member - Affiliate will get also paid from BC Transfers which is another source of Money. Each Member has automatically Affiliate status and it's up to him/her if he/she uses it or not.

Important part is to figure it out what category each of Head Hunters Team wants to cover. Head Hunter must make this Team Leader's job.

Talk to other Head Hunters in forums and discus the strategies, it helps a lot and it's sometimes 40% of success.
